Come snuggle up with your baby and let go and relax with a warm cup of tea in a safe and supportive circle of women nestled by the fire cozy inside on a cold day or in a nearby forest and healing stream during the warmer months.
Take in the healing nurturance that our compassionate, supportive circle provides and the innate healing and well-being that time in Nature gifts us.
Our special offering allows mothers the space they need to feel deeply nurtured, held & supported.
These circles are held in a very compassionate, safe container and empowering Motherhood topics are explored through discussion, artful ceremony, ancient feminine myth & joyful engagement.

These Motherhood Circles Provide you with This Support Through
Circle & Workshop Structure
Each Circle & Workshop is trauma sensitive and held in a compassionate container, honouring each individual's experience, needs and emotions. In circle, everyone is respected as equal and therefore structure is to support in loving respect of all that are present, allowing equal time for everyone. There is a time for relaxation, introspection, and participation in planned activities focused on feminine wisdom and nature that are supportive of the theme of each particular gathering. Each woman can can always choose and honour what feels right for her in each moment. One may participate or simply 'be,' anytime she feels called. In Nature's Loving Embrace, you will feel seen, felt, honoured, and celebrated in who you are without having to be anything other than you are in that moment. We practice deep listening without trying to fix others. One receives a sense of truly being seen with understanding and compassion, which is an important human need that is often not met in our modern culture.
You are honoured as whole and this allows you to access you own inner wisdom.

Motherhood circle is a place where you have the permission to simply 'be,' rest and be supported as you are in that moment, in a safe and compassionate space
You can be vulnerable and you don't have to worry about what anyone thinks. Whatever happens in the Circle is very confidential. We're all caring, we're all understanding,
We're sharing your journey and we all know that motherhood can be challenging. The Circle is the place where you find out exactly where you are now and where you need to get to and you can work out everything in between.
The Circle is your space to celebrate the beautiful woman and mother you are. Even if you're finding it a little bit difficult, within the Circle, you can reset and find balance and work out where it is you want to get to.
We celebrate the inspiration and wisdom Nature provides as support for us as Women. These Motherhood circles gently offer a feeling of peace, connection and nurturance allowing us to reconnect to our inner wisdom, equilibrium, and peace as mothers.
It is a special place where we have the time and space to provide for our own emotional needs and in so doing, we can return balanced and inspired to face the days ahead for deep connection with our children.
We honour that being a Mother is an incredibly precious, yet at times, extremely challenging role. We recognize that mothers need communal support to tend to our natural human needs.
Motherhood itself, through each stage, transforms us deeply. Gathering the wisdom of our journey through a deeper connection to our own selves in a loving and supportive circle of women, honouring the wisdom of nature, cycles and myth allows us to move through motherhood with grace, insight and strength helping us in being happier and better Mothers.
This special offering allows Mothers the space they need (and often don't get) to recharge, to feel nurtured, seen & supported through deep listening, sharing and supportive activities which nurture the body, mind and spirit.
Our circles are a safe space where we respect each other for our uniqueness and never judge, allowing the healing, growth, inner wisdom and peacefulness to unfold naturally for ourselves and for those around us.
Through holding space for one another, we practice this essential skill of loving presence that we can then provide to our children through gentle, connected and compassionate parenting. This deeply present parenting is a restorative gift and provides an essential base in the positive development of our children's lives.
Each of the 6 Circles in the block includes an element of the following;
Movement: Gentle postnatal yoga sequences to strengthen your body and bring your energy back into your body. This helps you to recover from pregnancy and birth. This is an honouring of your body so that you can be realigned and reconnected with your body again.
Baby massage: Massage that promotes bonding with your baby at a deeper level. Loving touch that welcomes and settles your baby into this world and helps with digestion, sleep, body awareness and strength. It’s about love created in moments of connection, both physical and emotional.
Breathwork: A celebration of the space within your body to allow you to breathe again promoting your physical and emotional wellness. This allows you to energize your body when you need it the most. This allows the embodiment of the wisdom that your body must be nourished and nurtured to feel fully awake again.
Wellbeing: Mindful exercises that bring you into the moment so you can be fully present with yourself and your baby. Healing the voices in your head that bring unrest and replacing chatter with loving words of kindness and understanding.
Relaxation: Guided relaxations and meditations for you to rest and give your body and soul the preciously quiet space that they need. This gives youa chance to practice letting go. This allows you to learn to relax with your baby so that it feels natural and easy to do when you are at home without feeling guilty. This is an important key to being a strong and compassionate parent.
Community: These circles create a safe environment where you and your baby are seen, heard, accepted, loved and respected. Rather than being about baring your soul to strangers, it is rather about being a part of an organic and group-led conversation so that you can reflect on where you are, what you need and ask questions of other mothers for support.
Nature Connection: In our circles, we celebrate the inspiration and wisdom Nature provides as support for us as Mothers allowing us to reconnect to our inner wisdom, equilibrium and peace as mothers.
The essence of the Mother and Baby Circle is to introduce you to lifelong practices that promote touch, connection, stillness and presence. It’s about stripping everything back to the simplest essences and giving you space to pause, take a breath and reset. It is time to learn, to allow and to ’be’ in the safest of spaces where you feel accepted as you are. The greatest gift you can give yourself and your baby is time without life’s interruptions. The Mother Circle gives you that time.
